STEP 1
>>> Fill Out The Graphic Design Order Form
The first
step in this process is filling out the
graphic
design order form,
which will provide us with all the information that we need to
complete your graphic design project. Please note that
the more information we have about your project or
company, the better we can visualize the design you are
looking for.
STEP 2 >>>
Make Payment
The second
step is to make the initial payment. Then upon the
confirmation of this payment our design team will begin
working on your project. You will receive confirmation
of this payment via e-mail.
STEP 3 >>>
Send Us Your Pictures
After
you have completed the application and made your
payment, you will need to send us the images (if any)
that you have chosen to use on your project to:
pictures@loudpromedia.com.
NOTE:
Make sure you read the
picture specifications
page to find out what will make
your pictures look its best.
STEP 4 >>>
Revise Your Project
We will
provide a graphic design mockup within 5 to 10 business
days. The mockup will be uploaded to our servers and we
will send you a link to the location of the mockup via
e-mail. You will then have the opportunity to revise
your project mockup on which further work will be
performed as described by your revisions on the adjacent
work sheet of your project.
STEP 5 >>>
Design Approval
After you
decide that the design meets your expectations we will
send you an approval e-mail to which you will reply
accepting your design. After your approval we will send you the final design
in various print / web ready formats. In the case of a
website, the site will be set up for you ready to go. You will have all
copyrights to the final artwork design for all the media.
We reserve the right to display the artwork in our
portfolio and advertising materials.
