STEP 1
>>> Fill Out The Quote Request Form
The first
step is to complete the
quote request
form,
which will provide us with the information needed to
begin production. The more information that we have about your project, the better we can visualize
what you are looking for.
STEP 2 >>>
Make Payment Deposit
The second
step is to make the initial payment. We accept payment
by major credit card or Paypal, as well as
Western Union or Money Gram transfers. Upon
confirmation of your payment (which you will receive an
emailed receipt for), our team will begin working on
your project.
STEP 3 >>> Send
Us Your Music
After
you have completed the application and make your
payment, email the song or songs that you have chosen
for your project to:
info@loudpromedia.com.
NOTE:
Be sure to send highest quality audio file that you have
available, as this will be the actual file used in your
video. We accept audio files ideally in .wav and .aiff
formats, or high-quality .mp3 format if those aren't
available.
STEP 4 >>>
Revise Your Project
We will email you a rough cut of
your video in low-resolution format within
7 to 15 business
days. You will then have the opportunity to revise
your video, and at that point additional changes may be
made based on your needs.
STEP 5 >>>
Design Approval
After deciding that the video meets your expectations, we will
send you an approval email and an invoice with your
remaining balance. After the balance is paid, you
will receive a high-resolution copy of your video in mp4
format, as well as a hard copy of your new video on DVD.
You will own all copyrights
to the final work for distribution purposes. Loud Pro
Media reserves the right
to display your professional new video in our portfolio, web promotion
websites and other advertising materials. For the
benefit of your music career, Loud Pro will never
display videos prior to album release dates should you
make that request before production is completed.
